Problem
The Swiss start-up Badmeister set out to create a new brand combining:

  • professional lifeguard workwear

  • and a modern lifestyle product line

The goal was to develop a visual identity that authentically reflects the essence of Swiss “Badi culture” — balancing functionality, lifestyle, and cultural identity.

A generic branding approach wouldn’t capture this unique positioning.

Solution
White Tiger Calligraphy developed a comprehensive branding concept, combining identity design, product application, and visual storytelling.

  • Brand identityCreation of a distinctive logo and logotype
    Introduction of the cormorant as the central symbol
    → representing vigilance, protection, and the spirit of lifeguards

  • Workwear application
    The branding was applied across a range of uniforms, including:fleece jackets
    hats
    tank tops
    → combining functionality with a strong and recognizable visual identity

  • Lifestyle collection
    In addition, three custom swimwear designs were created:hand-drawn calligraphy-based patterns
    translated into vibrant, multi-colored compositions
    digitally refined and applied to swimwear pieces

This created a seamless connection between:

  • professional gear

  • and lifestyle products

  • A fully developed brand identity rooted in Swiss Badi culture
