1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, commissioned work, products, and the use of the White Tiger Calligraphy website.
By commissioning a service or using the website, the client agrees to these Terms.

2. Services

White Tiger Calligraphy provides creative services and products, including but not limited to:

• Calligraphy & calligraffiti artwork

• Logo and branding design

• Custom designs (e.g. vehicles, murals, apparel, merchandise)

• Graphic design and creative concepts

• Digital and physical products

The exact scope of services is defined in the respective offer, quotation, or individual agreement.

3. Formation of Contract

A contract is formed through:

• written confirmation of an order,

• acceptance of a quotation, or

• payment of an agreed deposit.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in CHF unless otherwise agreed.
A deposit may be required at the start of a project. This secures production time and covers preparatory work.
Final payment is due before delivery of final files or products.
In the event of project cancellation, work already completed will be charged proportionally.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All works created by White Tiger Calligraphy remain the intellectual property of the provider.
Copyright ownership remains with White Tiger Calligraphy at all times.
Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights within the agreed scope and purpose.
Without written permission, the following is not permitted:

• resale or transfer to third parties

• usage beyond the agreed scope

• substantial modification or distortion of the designs

White Tiger Calligraphy retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied content (texts, images, logos, etc.) does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Revisions & Changes

Offers include a defined number of revision rounds.
Additional revisions or extra work beyond the agreed scope will be billed accordingly.

8. Deadlines

Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly agreed as binding.
Delays caused by missing input or approvals from the client may extend the timeline accordingly.

9. Liability

The provider is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Use of the website is at the user’s own risk. No responsibility is assumed for the content of external links.

10. Website & Content

All website content (designs, artwork, images, texts, logos, and creative works) is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for handling inquiries and project execution.

12. Final Provisions

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of White Tiger Calligraphy.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
