Who I Am MODERN CALLIGRAPHY ARTIST My name is Stefan Nicolas Kunz, I am a swiss modern calligraphy artist and the founder of White Tiger – The Modern Calligraphy Studio, established in 2019. The studio was created to represent the art of calligraphy and to showcase its limitless versatility. ORIGIN & STYLE My creative journey began with graffiti at the age of 13. Over time, my focus shifted strongly toward tagging and letterforms, which naturally led me into calligraphy. Today, my work combines urban art, design, and contemporary calligraphy into a distinct and recognizable style. Philosophy Calligraphy has no boundaries. Challenge For a major gathering of the Schulthess family in Lausanne, the Schulthess’sche Familienstiftung wanted to create a high-quality gift for family members travelling to Switzerland from around the world. The merchandise needed to feel premium and personal while strengthening the sense of connection among the guests. With 190 pieces required within a short timeframe, the project also demanded efficient sourcing, production and coordination without compromising on quality. Solution White Tiger developed a modern logo treatment for the occasion and sourced high-quality white polo shirts suitable for a premium embroidered finish. Through our production network, we coordinated the production and embroidery of 190 individual polo shirts within only a few weeks . The polos were locally embroidered in Zurich , with particular attention paid to the quality of the garments, the embroidery and the overall presentation. The finished polos were placed in goodie bags and presented to guests upon their arrival at the Royal Savoy in Lausanne . Result The polos became a shared element of the family gathering and a lasting souvenir of the guests’ time together in Switzerland. The project demonstrates White Tiger’s ability to go beyond traditional streetwear and creative projects: from small custom editions to large-volume premium merchandise productions for foundations, associations, SMEs, events and corporate clients . From concept and design to sourcing, production and finishing, White Tiger can manage the entire process through a flexible production network. Challenge Jim & Jim needed a distinctive visual identity for their company vehicle, known as the “Firefighter.” The goal was to: transform a former fire truck into a recognizable brand asset create strong visual impact during content productions ensure durability for long-term, real-world use Standard vehicle branding wouldn’t reflect the agency’s creative identity or uniqueness. Solution I designed and executed a fully custom calligraphy artwork directly on the vehicle. Technique: Entire artwork created by hand using a weatherproof black calligraphy pen → ensuring precision, craftsmanship, and durability Visual concept:minimal and elegant color palette (black, white, red) aligned with both the vehicle’s character and the agency’s identity Branding integration: The Jim & Jim logo was seamlessly incorporated into the compositionapplied using a stencil finished with weather-resistant spray paint → creating a bold and lasting visual anchor Every element was carefully considered to balance artistic expression with functional branding. The challenge was to: translate club culture into a seasonal environment create something that feels both contemporary and accessible connect with a broader audience beyond the usual nightlife context Solution As part of this collaboration, I designed two limited-edition T-shirts , specifically created for the event.
